Her experience managing complex projects, coordinating teams, solving problems efficiently, and maintaining strong communication translates directly into delivering a smooth and elevated experience for Chosen Pool and Spa clients.

As Vice President of Chosen Pool and Spa, Crystal is passionate about creating a client-focused experience built on communication, transparency, and attention to detail.
